It comes as a surprise to bump into a Portuguese restaurant in a small town in Bosnia and Herzegovina. There aren't many foreigners established in Trebinje but the owner of Porto Galo did it.
Amongst other Portuguese specialties, one can eat a generously served "bifana" although those used to this kind of sandwich will notice some differences. The owner explained that he had to adapt some things to the local market, for example, the kind of bread used.
