On the Western bank of the Halifax River, between Woodland Avenue and Dix Avenue. Hours: Sunrise to Sunset. This is a local residents’ place to walk. There is no parking. Great view of the Granada Bridge and Halifax River.

Apparently this park is just for folks in the neighborhood. It's on a fairly busy section of Beach Street and there is no place to park. Nice views on the Halifax with a park bench. There are no facilities at this park.
