La base du monument, composée d'une multitude de voitures, supporte deux figures en bronze à demi prosternées sous le poids d'une profonde affliction.
Les plaques se lisent comme suit:
"A la mémoire des victimes innocentes de la violence routière
Contre l'indifférence et l'oubli
L'accident de la route
N'est pas une fatalité"
"Monument érigé par la ligue contre la violence routière du Var avec l'aide de la région PACA, Toulon Provence Méditerranée, le 22 octobre 2005."

The base of the monument, composed of a multitude of cars, holds two bronze figures, their head and shoulders bowed down by the heavy weight of a deep affliction.
