Dickey's is a chain of over five hundred locations, based in Dallas, TX. In recent days, they've changed to à la carte, so you'll pick out your meat by the pound, with the option to make a sandwich, and they also have family packs. Your selections are brisket (chopped or sliced), pork ribs (of which they are very proud), pulled pork, turkey, chicken, ham, polish sausage, salads, baked potatoes, and spicy cheddar sausage. They also have a kids menu, and the kids can eat free on Sundays. There are numerous sides, with the usual suspects like a variety of beans, slaw, and potato salad, along with baked potato casserole, Caesar salad, mac and cheese, chips, green beans, fried okra, waffle fries, and fried onion tanglers. Soft drinks are available, and if you plan to have room after your meal, they have a small dessert menu.
