In the Marshfield village of Marshfield Hills, is this building that once was the First Church of Christ, Scientist, Marshfield.

The building is located along Old Main Street, on the east side. It is north of Mass. Route 3A and is near the intersection with Highland Street and Pleasant Street.

The building is a brick structure 1 1/2 stories tall. The building has several parts and thus the roof has several peaks. On one of the peaks has a round cupola on top. At the main entrance, there is a plaque that states the following:

"First Church of Christ, Scientist, Marshfield Massachusetts."

There is a cornerstone below that has the year 1929. I tried to look up the church on the internet, but I couldn't find any information. A person I talked with while visiting the building said that the building was renovated into condos within the last few years. I looked to see if there was an active congregation in Marshfield on the official site, christianscience.com, and did not see a listing.
