While the sign indicates that this the a Pentecostal church, the pastor now presents this as the Open Arms church. From their website, their mission is "Just as Jesus commanded us to love the Lord our God with all our hearts mind and soul and to love one another, our mission is fulfill His command by spreading the love of Jesus Christ through service to one another." The building is a simple white stuccoed structure with a steeple on the left side surmounted by a cross. The church is in an older area of Mesa that has had a large number of church buildings and it has been common to have congregations change over time.
