Ceskomoravská je ražená trojlodní stanice na trase B (žlutá). Merí na délku 217m a její nástupište je široké 18,06m a nachází se 25,8m pod povrchem. Obkladem sten na nástupišti jsou keramické tvarovky svetle glazurované. Ze stanice je možný prestup na mestskou a prímestskou hromadnou dopravu. Nekteré soupravy metra tu koncí. Podle mého názoru patrí k méne pekným stanicím (hlavne z duvodu nevzhledné opravy popadaných tvarovek. Tato stanice není bezbariérová.
