Charlie is a London boy with a special gift with lions and other cats. He is in pursiut of his parents who have been kidnapped to Paris.... and he has boarded a circus ship as his way to get to Paris too...while being pursued by the kidnappers as well. He lands a job assisting the lion trainer....and when the ship arrives in Paris at Chapter 15, the circus has a procession with all the performers and animals...included the six lions under Charlie's guidance. They pass Notre Dame, the Tuleries Gardens, the Place de la Concorde and end at the Arc de Triomphe before returning along the same route.
