Okay, I paid 'at the pump', BUT, that is because there is an attendant who specifically fills up the motor scooters, and takes your notes, and brings back the change from the cashier!
E85 18.94 Baht/litre - the cheapest of fuels available here (no LPG) as at December, 2015.
Without a translator while I was hunting down a Geodash 'south' of here, I was unable to get more details of the address of this service station.
This is in the pull-in area of a McDonalds, and Cafe Amazon.
