[EN] Created in 1975 through the combined desires of actor and drummer Moustache and Le Méridien, this club that's not quite like the others has become an epicenter of African American music.
For over forty years, the walls of this sanctuary of Parisian jazz have vibrated with sounds of every color, predominated by blue: Dizzy Gillespie, Count Basie, Cab Calloway, Lionel Hampton, BB King, Ike Turner… Through big bands or smaller combos, the great history of jazz has written a chapter of its memoirs in this unique setting.

Jean Pierre Vignola, the traditional programmer for  Jazz Club Etoile, has joined forces with Jonathan Miltat, a confirmed producer and programmer who has produced the Blue Note Festival, the Paris Jazz Festival and a number of performers, to propose programs that are richer and more varied than ever for one of the most legendary jazz venues in Paris.

The architects used Paris as their inspiration to redesign this venue and make it an exceptional place for jazz lovers: the metal alludes to the material used in the Eiffel Tower, the metro tiling plunges you into the depths of the city and the lighting is an allegory of the City of Lights.
