This rather neglected former drinking fountain in located in a wall recess on the High Street opposite the junction with Farrar Road in Bangor.

The fountain is set in an alcove with a fleur-de-lis on the keystone of the arch. The fountain iteself appears to be of cast metal attatched to a plain slate background. It has a lion motif through which the water flowed into a trough below.
Setting: Outside

Place: At road junction near some benches.
