Moulins Engilbert tient son nom des nombreux moulins qui était situé sur cette commune. Cette girouette est située sur un des anciens bâtiment d'un de ces moulins, récemment restauré. Elle représente, le moulin et sa roue à aube, le meunier et son âne bâté de sacs de blé.
(EN) Moulins Engilbert takes its name from the many mills that was located on this commune. This weathervane is located on one of the old buildings of one of these mills, recently restored. It represents, the mill and its wheel at dawn, the miller and his donkey sacked with sacks of wheat.
