Ludwig van Beethoven wurde im Dezember 1770 in Bonn geboren und verbrachte hier seine Kindheit und Jugend. Der Beethoven-Rundgang führt Sie zu 16 Stationen, die Beethovens Bonner Jahre lebendig werden lassen.
Der Rundgang beginnt an Beethovens Geburtshaus in der Bonngasse 20 und führt Sie zu Orten, an denen Beethoven gewohnt und gewirkt hat. Letzte Station ist das Lippesche Palais in Beuel-Oberkassel. Auf jeder der Info-Tafeln, die 40 mal 52 cm groß sind und aus Verbundaluminium bestehen, ist der jeweilige Standort mit seinem Bezug zu Beethoven beschrieben.

Den Beethoven-Rundgang gibt es seit 2006 durch das bürgerschaftliche Engagement und die private Finanzierung des Vereins "Bürger für Beethoven". Die Stadt Bonn hat 2013 die Verantwortung für den Rundgang übernommen.
Als weiteren Service bietet das Amt für Bodenmanagement und Geoinformation der Stadt Bonn den Beethoven-Rundgang auch im Stadtplan an. Diesen können Sie in der mobilen Version über den neben stehenden QR-Code oder unten stehenden Link ansteuern."
