Between the two white flagpoles is a black marble slab attached to a slightly larger slate slab, which reads:
"In honour of all those who Served, Suffered and Died for Australia."
Right in front of that is a small plaque, which reads:
"The ANZAC Centenary
2014-2018
This plaque has been placed in recognition of one hundred years since the First World War.
This war helped define Australians as people and encapsulate our unique National Identity: Courage, Mateship, Sacrifice, Generosity, Freedom and a Fair Go For All.

On the front of the pebblecrete platform the three plaques respectively read:

And finally, a very small engraved brass plaque at grass level on the front of the pebblecrete platform:
"This cenotaph was erected by Weston Heritage & Tidy Town Committee for the Community of Weston.
Officially opened by

Right nearby is a covered picnic table, with tap next to it.
