Located on the main drag of a small town business district that actually sees foot traffic, this Starbucks seems to be busy almost always. Best place to park is to turn down Locust Street (the store is on the corner of Beaver and Locust) and drive down until you find a spot. There is also a metered lot behind the storefronts on the opposite side of the street.
