This active fountain is located on the Kolpingplatz in Mülheim-Kärlich.

The fountain has several levels and is terraced. From the tube of the pump, the water enters a first large collecting tank. From there, the water flows into a semicircular tank, which then directs the water into the sewage system where it meets the Mülheim creek.
