The Volunteer - "Fire 11 in Service" is dedicated to the memory of Bruce A. and Joshua C. Honstain and to all volunteers who gave their time and talents to all communities.

The Volunteer: a bronze statue of a firefighter in full uniform with a young man pointing the way. Sculpted by accomplished artist James Marsico, from Cody, is well detailed. James was a volunteer firefighter in Powell for eight years.
