Born in Dallas, TX in 1981, Cowboy Chicken has grown to multiple locations across several states. They serve rotisserie chicken that is cooked over a wood fire, and the chicken is all natural, free of hormones and other additives. You can select from regular chicken plates, whole chickens, sandwiches, salads, and even chicken enchiladas. They also have a kids menu. Soft drinks and iced tea are available, and they will do sweetened seasonal teas, like watermelon in the summer. If you have room afterwards, peach cobbler is for dessert!
