Horse racingtrack "Duindigt" is at the Heritage "Duindigt" since 05/19/1906.
In 2017 there are about 16 Sundays with races. It is legally to bet on the horses.

Al ruim 110 jaar is er op het landgoed "Buitenzicht" een paardenrenbaan gevestigd. In 1911 besliste de Nederlandse regering dat er niet meer gewed mocht worden op de uitslagen. Gevolg daarvan was dat de interesse van mensen in Duindigt snel minder werd.
In de 2e Wereldoorlog mocht er van de Duitsers weer geld ingezet worden, zelf gokten ze ook graag.
Op het terrein werden in de 2e Wereldoorlog ook lanceer-installaties gebouwd voor de V1- en V2-raketten. Deze werden gericht op Londen.
Na de oorlog werd de draad weer opgepakt. Sinds 1949 mag er weer gewed worden.
Momenteel zijn er zo'n 16 evenementen per jaar, over het algemeen op zondag.
Je kunt op verschillende manieren wedden, de inleg begint vanaf € 0,50.
