 The twenty eight flags present are those of Finland, Slovenia, Spain, the Netherlands, Czech Republic, Germany, Malta, Romania, Sweden, Cyprus, Slovakia, France, the European Community, Belgium, Croatia, Lithuania, Denmark, Italy, Estonia, Luxembourg, Ireland, Bulgaria, Latvia, Hungary, Greece and Poland.
It lacks a flag that of the United Kingdom, which left the community after the brexit.
All these flags are on a roundabout at the exit of Soissons: the Round-point of Europe.
 Les vingt huit drapeaux présents sont ceux de la Finlande, Slovénie, Espagne, Pays-Bas, République Tchèque, Allemagne, Malte, Roumanie, Suède, Chypre, Slovaquie, France, celui de la Communauté Europénne, Belgique, Croatie, Portugal, Autriche, Lituanie, Danemark, Italie, Estonie, Luxembourg, Irlande, Bulgarie, Lettonie, Hongrie, Grèce et Pologne.
Il manque un drapeau celui du Royaume Uni, qui est sorti de la communauté après le brexit.
Tous ces drapeaux se trouvent sur un rond-point à la sortie de Soissons: le Round-point de l'Europe.
