This statue is decoration in the backyard of an american diner style restaurant in Bissendorf. They have amazing buffets by the way.
Technically it is on their property, but if you are not up to visiting and enjoying a burger, milkshake or cocktail under it, you can visit from the outside. It stands close to the fence can be seen and photographed without visiting the diner.
