Grave site consisting of several sculptural elements. A full-length figure of St. Andrew stands at the front of the memorial installation. He wears long robes and holds an open book in his right hand. His left hand holds an X-shaped cross against the left side of his body. His head is bald on top with long side hair. He has a long flowing beard.
The sandstone sculpture stands in front of two low black granite markers which flank a tall black granite obelisk. A wreath-encircled lone star is etched on the front of the obelisk. On the south side of the obelisk is the seal of the United States Department of Treasury. On the north side of the obelisk is the seal of the United States Navy. The obelisk, granite markers and figure of St. Andrew stand on a base of polished black granite.
