Der Milseburgradweg von Fulda bis Hilders auf einer ehemaligen Bahnstrecke ist durchgängig asphaltiert, führt aber stetig bergauf. Er führt zu diesem Tunnel, den man nicht mit dem Auto, aber mit dem Fahrrad durchqueren kann. Er ist der längster Fahrradtunnel in Deutschland. (visit link)

The bicycle route "Milseburgradweg" will lead you from Fulda to Hilders and uses this tunnel. It was built in the year 1889 and is now the longest tunnel used by bicycles (1172 meter).

It is closed in winter to protect the birds, which sleep inside.
