Woodlark Lodge is situated on a minor road known as College Road, three miles north-west of the Perthshire village of Methven and only a few hundred yards from Glenalmond College.
A relatively newly built building at the entrance to the lodge features on its gable end a weathervane with two woodlarks in flight, this despite the fact that there are currently no woodlarks in Scotland.
The building is on the right of the roadside close to the end of the road at the junction with the minor road that heads through the lower reaches of Glen Almond.
