The Leak-Wall House was built in 1853 by John Wall. It is one of the oldest houses in Rockingham. The draw well is situated beside the old kitchen building. It is covered by an open-sided well house. It is sealed to prevent accidental incursions. Although it is sealed, there is likely water still in the well. The area is well supplied by the Middendorf aquifer.
