They are open daily from 5 AM to 10 PM. This is a strange location, in the Trophy Club Plaza shopping center, and one wonders if its days are numbered now that Starbucks has opened up a place not far from here in Roanoke, much easier to reach and which has a drive-through. This one isn't known for its service. While I've never had anything that qualifies as "bad", there are long waiting times and the occasional employees who act like they wish they were somewhere else. There are a few places to plug in your gadgets, but this older location is on the small side, and you'll have to hunt for the sockets.
