La plaque est dédiée au Régiment de Forteresse de Liège et donne la liste des Forts et Unités qui en 1914, sous les ordres du Général Leman, assurèrent la défense de la Position Fortifiée de Liège.
Ainsi que la liste des Forts et Unités qui en 1940, sous les ordres du Colonel Modard, assurèrent la défense de la Position Fortifiée de Liège.
Celle-ci se trouve sur la rive gauche de la Meuse en amont du pont Albert 1er.

The plaque is dedicated to the Fortress Regiment of Liège and gives the list of Forts and Units which in 1914, under the command of General Leman, defended the Fortified Position of Liège and the list of Forts and Units which in 1940, under the command of Colonel Modard, defended the Fortified Position of Liège.
This one is on the left bank of the Meuse upstream of the Albert 1st bridge.
