One of two churches in the Parish of Lonan the other being Christ Church in Laxey.
All Saints is currently closed* for public worship and all activities and worship in the Parish are taking place at Christ Church.
This is one of Bishop Ward's churches and was built to replace the even more remote and tiny old Kirk Lonan (St Adamnan's). It is unusal for a Bishop Ward Church, however, as it was designed by John Taggart and not one or both of the Welch Brothers.
An interesting archetictural feature of All Saints is the pinnacles in imported redstone.
*The following notice is diplayed on the Church's notices Board:
This church is closed
due to the condemned
electrical installation.
We are sorry for and inconvenience.
All services in the parish of Lonan & Laxey
will take place in Christ Church Laxey
until further notice.
