This is a huge graffiti on the wall of Ostbunker, a civil shelter from WWII which is now a youth centre, café and more. It states the name in the style of Hollywood letters and under that shows several "windows" showing the opportunities teens have here. There is one depicting a concert and one depicting a guy practicing his guitar. (There are band practice rooms here too)
