They are open daily from 11 AM to 7 PM, on Saturday from 11 AM to 5 PM, and closed on Sunday.

This one is easy-on, easy-off for travelers in West Texas, and it's a bit of nice, local flavor for those who are tired of the same old McExperience where one doesn't go to the chain restaurants so much as one ends up at them later in the day. The menu is behind the counter where you'll order, your choices being brisket, chicken, sausage, and ribs. Sandwiches, plates, and by-the-pound to go are your options, Sides are numerous, but you'll find the usual beans, slaw, and potato salad among them, as well as potato chips. Self-serve soft drinks are available, as are a few dessert offerings. Pick a place to sit, and the atmosphere here is rustic, Old West. The service is great, too.

There's really not a "pig out" option, although you can order as much as you like by the pound, or get a family pack for $33. Those who are dining on the cheap can get a chopped brisket sandwich for $5.50.
