I could not see any plaque, with a direct relationship to this four-bladed, variable-pitch aircraft propeller. It is mounted to a vertical metal pipe, bolted to a square concrete slab that has eight short metal posts and chain around it. Behind it is the dead-end railway line. The black blades have a short yellow-painted tip - which I guess may be able to identify the sort of plane that it flew.
