It's counter service here, and they'll greet you on the right as you come through the door. Have a seat, and they'll call you when your order is ready. Sandwiches and plates are your options, and include brisket (chopped and sliced), pulled pork, ham, sausage (and hot links), turkey, bologna, and chicken breast. They also have some combos and pricing by the pound. If you don't want to go with barbecue, they also have burgers, salads, and baked potatoes. There is a small kids menu, too. They have self-serve soft drinks and ice tea, and you can get cobbler, banana pudding, or cookies for dessert.
There is plenty of seating, and diners are welcome to visit the bean bar for free beans while waiting to be called. Those who want a "pig out" option can go with meat by the pound, a rack of ribs ($29.99), or a four meat sampler plate ($17.95). Those who are dining on the cheap can get a hamburger for $4.99.
