Three high level marks show the water level of the Rhine from Jan. 30. 1995, Dec. 24. 1993 and Jan. 2. 1948.
The marks are mounted on the wall of a platform between the rhineshore and the property of the chapel St. Nikolaus in Cologne-Westhoven.
