This kinetic outdoor art is located at the south end of Liberty Park, to the west of the Children's Garden. Six metal pipes are hung from a metal ring on a 15' pole, about 12 ft high. Hanging lower, in the center of the sculpture, is a circular piece of metal and lower is another metal disc with the words "Children's Garden" cut out. If you take hold of the lower circular piece and gentle swing it, it'll start the pipes on a motion of bumping into each other and the middle disc and making the loud but brief sounds.
