Stop in for a $4.50, 6" 'Sub of the Day', and "Eat Fresh". This outlet is just over the road from the St Leonards Railway Station. There is NO on-street parking close by, so it is best accessed by pedestrians, and from public transport. There is no seating outside for this outlet, and just a couple of double-settings inside.
[At some stage in the future you may want to supplement the 'sub' with noodles from the "Suck It Up" Noodle Bar next door.] I already had eaten my Foot-long from the Lindfield Subway.
