This spring was of great use to the nearby Quinta da Granja, a historical farm featuring a beautiful house with outstanding architecture.

There is plenty of water coming out, with the flow originating mysteriously under a large tree.

Some years ago it would be truly difficult to reach this spot but the parish of Pedreira made a dirt road which provides a much better access.

Please post an original picture of the springs no GPS necessary along with your observations of the spring. What wildlife you saw if any and the condition of the springs. Water level was high, low. The area was clean, trashy ect. Any other knowledge or experiences you have had with this paticular spring that would help document it's history.
