"Two relief panels which flank the entrance to the Supreme Court building. Each relief panel depicts a family group of three and a figure of Justice. The figure of Justice on the left side of the entrance is depicted as an old man with a long beard. He wears long robes and holds up the book of laws. On the right side of the entrance is a female figure of blind Justice. She holds a blindfold over her eyes with her proper right hand and in her proper left hand she holds a sword and the scales of justice."
