An der Kreuzung Auf der Heide / Kirchgasse / Blechgasse steht diese ehemalige Turmstation. Sie ist schon seit einiger Zeit nicht mehr in Betrieb und wird auch nicht anderweitig genutzt. Dementsprechend wird sie nicht allzu gut gepflegt und verfällt so langsam.

Bemerkenswert ist, dass der Turm nicht freistehend ist, sondern an ein kleines Gebäude, das aktuell scheinbar als Garage genutzt wird, angebaut ist. Auf einer Seite wurde im unteren Bereich des Turms ein Gemälde angebracht, was allerdings auch so langsam verblasst.

Direkt neben der Turmstation steht der ehemalige Wasserturm von Gielsdorf.

At the intersection Auf der Heide / Kirchgasse / Blechgasse stands this former transformer sub-station building. It has not been in operation for some time and is not used otherwise. Accordingly, it is not well maintained and declines slowly.

It is noteworthy that the tower is not free-standing, but is attached to a small building that is currently apparently used as a garage. On one side, a painting has been applied in the lower part of the tower, which, however, also slowly fades.

Right next to the sub-station building is the former water tower of Gielsdorf.
