Class N5C steel centre cupola caboose located in the Town of Olcott, NY. The Former Pennsylvania RR caboose has been used as the Olcott-Newfane Tourist Info Centre for several years.
The caboose has been maintained, with fresh paint/repairs as required. However, all traces of the Pennsy markings are gone. I was not able to discern anything from the truck markings.
The PRR Historical Society lists the unit as a PRR, with a serial of 477XXX.
Current Use:
Travel Information Centre.
