When I made a stop to collect a DCNR park stamp for my collection, I enjoyed walking through the nature displays in the park office and when outside, I really loved looking around and viewing the mountains on the horizon but when I decided to take a short walk into the woods, I was totally enthralled with the little gnome house which I quickly discovered. Constructed around a tree stump, the house features two doors and a twig roof with a rock chimney, totally enchanting. A fairy was placed beside the lower door but somehow, she had lost her head, poor thing!
