Ichiban really is "Asian Fusion", and while they don't have a comprehensive menu to cover everything in the Far East, they do have a good selection if your tastes are for Chinese, Japanese, Thai, or Korean cuisine. Their focus is primarily Japanese, but they've got some Chinese dishes like the favorites (such as General Tso's Chicken) you'd get at that place 'round the corner, Thai curries (red, yellow, and green), and Korean barbecue. A little different from other places is that it's all table service here, so if you go for "hibachi", they'll bring it out to you after it's prepared. Only they know if it's really hibachi or teppanyaki, but in North American, it's usually the latter.

They have a nice selection of appetizers, including sushi, and they serve soup, salad, Korean barbecue, fried rice and noodle dishes all day. For lunch, they offer bento boxes, stir fry, curries, and roll combinations, prepared by their sushi chef as you'd like. From the grill, you can have chicken, New York steak, filet mignon, shrimp, vegetables, scallops, or even lobster tail, and they do have a few combinations as well. At dinner time, you can also order Teriyaki steak.

They've got a very nice selection from the sushi bar, and they're careful to indicate that they do hand rolls, maki, and sushi. You can select from nearly fifty different types of rolls, and they have a few sushi combos. If you're looking for something a bit smaller, they also have nigiri and sashimi, a great way to start before digging into a big entrée.

If you're dining in, they have a small beer menu, no other choices for alcohol, and soft drinks are available, too.
