In 1911 she resided on the dome of the Stonewall Courthouse. Removed in 1954 and stored until 1987 when the citizens of Stonewall County raised money to have her placed on the pedestal on the courthouse square.

Smithsonian Art Inventor"Full-length female figure. She is classically dressed in long flowing robes. Her hair is worn up in a roll. Her left arm is bent at the elbow and slightly raised. In it she holds a set of scales. Her right arm is at her side; in her right hand she holds a sword. The tip of the sword touches the ground. The sculpture has a green patina and stands atop a concrete and brick base."
