[FR] La sculpture se situe dans le village de Monistrol d'Allier, à l'extrémité du viaduc sur l'Allier. Aucune plaque accompagne la sculpture et aucun article sur Internet ne semble évoquer sa présence.
Je suppose tout de même que cette sculpture représente un saumon puisque l'Allier est connue pour être une rivière à saumons. De plus, la commune et les associations cherchent à protéger ce poisson qui se fait de plus en plus rare. De nombreux panneaux informatifs destinés aux pêcheurs ont été aménagé pour les aider à reconnaître les saumons afin de les relâcher en cas de prise.
[EN] The sculpture is located in the village of Monistrol d'Allier, at the end of the viaduct on the Allier. No plaque accompanies the sculpture and no article on the Internet seems to evoke its presence.
I still suppose that this sculpture represents a salmon since Allier is known to be a salmon river. In addition, the municipality and associations seek to protect this fish which is becoming increasingly rare. Many information panels for fishermen have been set up to help them recognize the salmon and release them if caught.
