Ce parc carré d'une superficie de 10 000 mètres carrés est situé sur le boulevard Saint-Joseph Est et la Place Henri-Valade dans l'arrondissement de Rosemont–La Petite-Patrie à Montréal, Québec.

Il a été nommé en honneur d'Henri Valade (1896-1965), qui, notaire depuis 1919 ouvrit, en 1923, le premier bureau de notaire dans la paroisse Saint-Marc de Rosemont. Très actif dans cette communauté, il fut membre-fondateur, syndic, puis président de la caisse populaire, de même que syndic et marguillier de la paroisse.

Ce parc est un parc urbain pour relaxer et/ou pratiquer des loisirs en plein air.

Rosemont–La Petite-Patrie est un arrondissement de la ville de Montréal, Québec, situé en son centre. D'une superficie de 15,9 km2, sa population est de 141 813 habitants en 2021, faisant de lui le 3e arrondissement le plus populeux de Montréal.

This square park with an area of 10,000 square meters is located on Saint-Joseph Boulevard East and Henri-Valade Square in the borough of Rosemont–La Petite-Patrie in Montreal, Quebec.

It was named in honor of Henri Valade (1896-1965), who, a notary since 1919, opened, in 1923, the first notary office in the parish of Saint-Marc de Rosemont. Very active in this community, he was a founding member, trustee, then president of the credit union, as well as trustee and churchwarden of the parish.

This park is an urban park for relaxing and/or practicing outdoor leisure activities.
