"Le Grand Casino de Namur vous accueille 24h/24 tout personne âgée de plus de 21 ans et en possession d’une pièce d’identité valable. Il dispose d'un hôtel de 47 chambres avec vue sur la Meuse ou sur la Citadelle ,l'Hôtel Beauregard, et d'un restaurant brasserie, BISTRO OLIVIER.
La salle des machines à sous est constituée de 220 machines variées à rouleaux mécaniques, vidéo, à roulettes ou encore au blackjack électronique. Des tables de jeux traditionnels sont disponibles chaque jour dès 15h : Roll-it, Black jack, Dice Jack et Sic’bo.
Des tables de poker sont organisées du Lundi au Vendredi entre 19h et 4h CET et aussi le Samedi et Dimanche entre 15h et 4h CET.
Haut lieu de la vie de détente et loisirs des namurois entre les deux guerres mondiales, il commence à s’adapter et se spécialiser dans les jeux d’argents peu avant la Seconde Guerre mondiale, lorsque les adeptes d'autres divertissements (sports, cinéma) aménagent ailleurs leurs installations propres.
En 1980 la bâtiment méridional est détruit dans un incendie. Il est reconstruit en plus grand et dans un style différent. Par la même occasion le jardin intérieur avec galerie qui joignait les deux bâtiments est remplacé par un bâtiment intermédiaire. Le tout ne fait plus qu’un seul édifice, la partie méridionale étant occupée par le complexe hôtelier indépendant."
