Ce centre voit le jour grâce à deux passionnées, Daniel Gagnon et Suzie Girard. Depuis presque 40 ans, ils investissent, avec l'aide de leurs enfants, toutes leurs énergies et leurs efforts dans une ferme bovine de premier plan. Depuis 11 ans, s'est joint à cela l'aménagement d'un centre d'observation de la faune.

Dans ce centre, on vient en aide aux animaux en détresses. Lorsque ceux-ci peuvent être remis en liberté sans danger, ils sont relâchés dans la nature. Les propriétaires font aussi l'acquisition de diverses espèces que la population peut aller observer dans leur habitat naturel.
