"The church Perpendicular (Pevsner) or Decorated (Cox) octagonal font is c.1400, although re-cut, and includes a carving of Christ holding a chalice."

It is over 600 years old and the carvings on its sides are somewhat unique. Originally it stood in the Trinity Chapel and then in the south arcade - a niche in the most westerly arch shows where it once stood.
