The structure's tall, standing seam roof has aged to a dull green. It is topped by a cupola with a flying eagle weather vane. The posts, beams, rails, and braces are painted white. The floor is poured concrete. Slatted wood benches are permanently installed around the rail's interior. The entryway opening is on the northwest.
