Warum der Pavillon "Milchhalle" oder "Milchtrinkhalle" genannt wird, konnte nicht festgestellt werden. Vermutlich wurde hier in der Zwischenkriegszeit Milch verkauft, damit sich die Parkbesucher an heißen Tagen erfrischen konnten.
