With Corryong taking great pride in one their stockman, Jack Riley, who may, or may not have inspired the balld, "The Man from Snow River", it is not too surprising that there is backdrop on the Bandshell of a rural scene with horses dominating the right-hand side.
It is covered with Colorbond/corrugated iron roofing, and with the Rotary Club logo on the leading edge, assumedly they have assisted in the find-raising for this project. It looks reasonably new, as in the last 10 years. Up the gentle slope is a large playground to keep the children busy. And if the revellers get out of hand, there is the Police Station (not manned 24/7) behind the stage.
From the 'Webpage link' below, the mural was only painted in April 2018, with Franco and Morwenna Arcidiacono being the artists.
